Giraffen Köpcentrum

When Giraffen Shopping Center was to be rebuilt and once again become a modern, pleasant and social meeting place for not only Kalmar residents, we were commissioned to made a 40 meter long metal curtain with locking for the Danske Wienerbageriet, which has its cafe at one of the entrances to Giraffen. The long drapery, which has great transparency, gilds and complements the modern feel of the shopping centre. We have mounted the metal curtains on folding profiles with wheels to minimize the parking space when the café is open. When Danske Wienerbageriet is closed, the metal curtain runs around the softly shaped place in a rail and is locked with middle locking system on each side.
