For the newly opened Fusion restaurant Fandado in Hammerby Sjöstad, Stockholm we were challenged to create and flock big metal shields that works as room dividers made with metal mesh C.812 that was mounted with hooks on powerful bars, inset from the false ceiling.

The result was a unique metal mesh installation with the flocked sound proofing material and the coral red color as the prominent accent color in the restaurant. Flocking is a surface treatment with fibers that is being applied on the metal mesh whos surface receives a velvet like surface which is durable and sound proofing, works best as secure panels.
