For Eiendomsspar’s office building at Tordenskioldsgate 8-10 in Oslo, we have manufactured frameworks and metal mesh for their suspended ceilings in the newly renovated entrance and cafeteria. In collaboration with Metropolis architects, we were commissioned to manufacture a undulating suspended ceiling of metal mesh in solid brass, mounted like waves. Brass net D.9514 is a very grateful metal net to illuminate and the round shapes of the waves beautifully reflect the light on both sides of the metal net, which further emphasizes the undulating shape of the metal mesh.
